Submit the signed Application Form and copies of the relevant supporting documents by post or in person to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund (Address: Units 07-11, 25/F., CDW Building, 388 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong) or you may also place your application in one of our drop-in boxes located at the following. Please note the opening hours of the drop-in boxes.
(I) Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices (Address: 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon)
The blue colour “Continuing Education Fund Drop-in Box for Application Forms” is located at 12/F Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, near the reception counter of the Student Finance Office.
Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays), 8:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
The silver colour “The Office of the Continuing Education Fund Drop-in Box” is located at G/F lift lobby of Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices. The public can enter the building through the side entrance near the security counter.
Opening hours: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (whole day)
(II) Near the entrance door of The Office of Continuing Education Fund
Opening hours: Mondays to Sundays, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Applicants may also complete and submit the online application form through “GovHK”. After the online submission of the application form and the required documents, applicants are required to print a hard copy of the form and sign the Declaration at Part D, and then submit the form to the institution / course provider concerned for certification to prove that the applicants have successfully completed the course(s) concerned. Original of the certified and signed application form should be submitted to OCEF within 14 calendar days after online submission.
For proper delivery of your applications / mail items to OCEF, and to advoid unnecessary delivery delay or unsuccessful delivery, please affix sufficient postage with return address written on the back of the envelope before posting.
