TSFS covers full-time publicly-funded programmes at tertiary level.
Form of Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is provided in the form of grant and/or loan. The grant is to cover tuition fees, academic expenses and compulsory union fees, whereas the loan is to cover students’ living expenses.
Additional Assistance Items
Eligible applicants who reside in student hostels would be provided with hostel subsidy, whereas eligible applicants with special educational needs would be provided with additional academic expenses grant.
