The service counter for the Financial Assistance Schemes for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Students has been relocated to the Reception Counter at 11/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon since 1 December 2025. Applicants under the aforesaid Schemes may visit the counter during its service hours to enquire about relevant matters, or use the enhanced Online Counter Appointment System at https://ocas.wfsfaa.gov.hk/ocasprd/pps/ to make a booking for counter service in order to reduce waiting time.
