Upon regularisation, the allowances of the Scheme on Living Allowance for Carers of Elderly Persons from Low-income Families and the Scheme on Living Allowance for Low-income Carers of Persons with Disabilities will no longer be counted as income under the Working Family Allowance Scheme.  The new arrangement will apply to applications submitted on or after October 1, 2023.  Please click here to learn more.
