The “Household Application Form for Student Financial Assistance Schemes” is a family-based application form. Applicants can apply for various student financial assistance for their child(ren) at pre-primary, primary and/or secondary levels by completing one single form. Applicants must be the parent or guardian of the student-applicant under the relevant ordinance.
Students whose eligibility and minimum attendance requirement are confirmed by the Approved Course Providers will have 30% of the paid tuition fee reimbursed. Students passing the means test and obtaining an Eligibility Certificate can also apply for "FULL" or "HALF" paid tuition fee reimbursement.
Minimum attendance requirement is considered separately for individual school terms. Eligible students will receive tuition fee reimbursement for school terms with minimum attendance requirement met.
The “Electronic Household Application Form for Student Financial Assistance Schemes” (E-Form) is a timesaving, flexible and convenient way for applicants to submit application and upload supporting documents anytime and anywhere online through personal computers or mobile devices (e.g. tablets / smart phones). The E-Form also allows applicants to save and retrieve unfinished application for completion later, and promotes environmental protection.
