Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
(a) Aged 18 or above; and

(b) Have completed Form 6 in secondary education (HKDSE); or

(c) Have completed Form 5 in secondary education (leading to HKCEE); or

(d) Possess an equivalent qualification that is recognised by the Education Bureau.

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(1) Teaching staff:
Registered nurse with at least Master's degree

(2) Guest speaker:
Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 years work experience in Endoscopy Care

(3) Clinical mentor:
At least 3 years work experience in Endoscopy Care

(4) Practicum partners from:
-Hong Kong Baptist Hospital
-The Specialists
-St. Paul's Hospital

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings:
(1) Written examination 筆試: 60%
(2) Lab practical assessment 實驗室護理操作技巧評核: 40%
(3) Clinical practicum 臨床實習: must obtain satisfactory grade (satisfactory result: 100%) for graduation

(B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements:
(1) Attendance requirement:
(i) 80% of the course scheduled classes;
(ii) 100% for clinical practicum
(2) Passed the written examination (passing mark: 50%); and
(3) Passed the laboratory practical assessment (passing mark: 87.5% (35 out of 40)); and
(4) Obtained a satisfactory result for the practicum (satisfactory result: 100%).
