Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
Applicants shall not have any health conditions that made them unfit for coffee tasting.

Course Outline / 課程大綱:
(1) Coffee Knowledge (2 hours) (2) Roasting (3 hours) (3) Freshness (3 hours) (4) Sensory Skills (3 hours) (5) Brewing (3 hours) (6) Water (3 hours) (7) Cleaning and Maintenance (2 hours) (8) Brewing Methods and Equipment (3 hours) (9) Brewing Guidelines (2 hours) (10) Brewing Process (3 hours) (11) Brew Analysis (3 hours)

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(1) Candidate should be Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) authorized trainer (2) preferably with 3 years teaching/ coaching experience and relevant industry experience.

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (a) Test 1 (20%) (b) Test 2 (35%) (c) Test 3 (45%) (B) Completion and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Students have to obtain ‘Pass’ on all assessment components (Test 1 with 60% or above, Test 2 with 60% or above, and Test 3 with 70% or above) and (2) attain 70% attendance for completion of this Certificate for Module programme.
