Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
(a) Applicants must take the admission assessment, which involves reading, listening and speaking, and attain a minimum score of 54, which is equivalent to a Low B2 CEFR level on the online placement test. They must also be competent in using simple computer and mobile applications such as Chrome*. (b) Applicants will need to attend, in person, a 15-minute speaking assessment with a teacher. Applicants must attain verbal assessment at a minimum of Low B2 CEFR level. [*Applicants must know how to use basic computer and mobile functions. Our support staff will demonstrate how to access our online course and functions. Applicants will then be asked to access the online course and functions to demonstrate that they know how to use the system.]

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(a) NET should possess English proficiency at the native level. They must be degree holders majoring in English Language/ Linguistics-related subjects; or degree holders in any subject with a Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) qualification. (b) LET should possess English proficiency highly preferable at the native level. They must be degree holders majoring in English Language/ Linguistics-related subjects; or degree holders in any subject with TESOL or TEFL qualification. Right candidates must possess a Hong Kong identity card with permanent resident status.

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Continuous Assessment: (i) Online Task (24 x 2% = 48%) (2) Final Assessment (Face-to-face): (i) Reading & Listening Assessment (26%) (ii) Speaking & Writing Assessment (26%) (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Achieve an overall score of 70% or more (2) Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 70% (online classes and face-to-face classes)
