Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
(a) Level 2 in five subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination including Chinese Language and English Language (a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects can be used in the application), or equivalent; or (b) Pass in one A Level or two AS Level subjects, plus five passes in HKCEE including Level 2/Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or (c) Satisfactory completion of the Diploma Yi Jin Programme; or (d) Aged 21 or above.

1. Introduction to Creative Thinking and Critical Thinking (3 hours) 2. Ways to Enhance Critical Thinking (8 hours) 3. Identifying Problems & Root Cause Analysis (3 hours) 4. Identifying and Evaluating Arguments (3 hours) 5. Informal Fallacies (3 hours) 6. Ways to Enhance Creativity (8 hours) 7. Inquiring, Generating Ideas, Analysing, Exploring challenges, Drawing conclusions (3 hours) 8. Approaches for Creative Thinking (6 hours) 9. Thinking in Action: Creative and Critical Thinking in Everyday Life (6 hours) 10. Test (2 hours)

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
Teaching staff of the relevant academic discipline and preferably with a Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant teaching experience

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Test 10% (2) Assignment 40% (3) Project 40% (4) Class participation 10% (B) Completion Requirements: (1) Have an attendance rate of 70% or above; and (2) Have overall passed the assessments (which is equivalent to overall pass 50%). (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Have attended at least 70% of the total contact hours of the CEF course; and (2) Have attained at least overall pass grade D (which is equivalent to 50%) for the CEF course.
