(3) Plan the Project (9.5 hours)
(4) Lead the Project Team (6 hours)
(5) Support Project Team Performance (6 hours)
(6) Close the Project/Phase (3 hours)
(7) Revision (1.5 hours)
(8) Assessment (1.67 hours)

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(1) Degree holder;
(2) Holder of PMP certificate;
(3) 5 years working experience;
(4) 2 years of training/teaching experience

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings:
(1) 1st interim assessment (topic covered: Business Environment, Start the Project, Plan the Project): 20%
(2) 2nd interim assessment (topic covered: Plan the Project, Lead the Project Team): 20%
(3) Final assessment (topic covered: All contents of the Course): 60%

(B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements:
(1) Overall passing mark: 60%
(2) Attendance requirement: 80%
