Change of Personal Particulars
For change of school:
Please notify in writing either by fax or mail to the SFO with the following details including (1) new school; (2) application number / applicant’s HKID number and (3) copies of supporting documents (if applicable).
For change of residential address:
After the removal, please notify the SFO in writing either by fax or mail with the following details including (1) the removal date (2) application number / applicant’s HKID number and (3) copy of address proof (e.g. leases, water/electricity / gas bill etc.).
If applicants wish to amend any information in their applications submitted or to provide supplementary information (e.g. updating the family members’ information, claiming additional unmarried child residing with the family), they should notify the SFO in writing no later than 30 calendar days from the date of occurrence of changes.
The notification should be duly signed by the applicant with the application number or HKID card number of the applicant provided and submitted together with the relevant supporting documents to the SFO.
