Overview

The Tertiary Student Finance Scheme - Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS) provides means-tested financial assistance in the form of grant and/or loan to eligible full-time students taking up an exclusively publicly-funded student place of a recognised post-secondary programme.

Checklist for Submission

  • Early submission of application with complete information and supporting documents, including documentary proofs of personal identity, family income and family assets, will facilitate the smooth processing and early disbursement of financial assistance. Please refer to The Checklist of Documentary Proofs Required (TSFS RM(2024)) for details.
