Before Login
Step (1): Please click "Continue with iAM Smart" on the landing page of the "eWFSFAA".
If you are using a desktop computer / notebook / tablet, please go to Step (2).
If you are using a mobile phone, this page will be displayed. Please refer to the following steps:
Step (1A): If you choose "Use iAM Smart on this mobile", please click "Open iAM Smart" and then go to Step (4); or
Step (1B): If you choose to "Use iAM Smart on another mobile", please go to Step (2).
Step (2): On the "Log in with iAM Smart" page, use the "iAM Smart" mobile app on your mobile phone to scan the QR code shown on the page.
Step (3): After identity verification, the QR code will display a green "Tick ✓".
Step (4): The "iAM Smart" mobile app on your phone will display 'Log in "eWFSFAA" via authentication function by iAM Smart', please click "Continue".
Step (5): The "iAM Smart" mobile app will show that you have successfully logged in to "eWFSFAA". Please click "Back".
Step (6): If the system detected that you have already created an "eWFSFAA" account, you will be redirected to the login page. Please enter your "Username" and "Password".
Step (7): Please click "Login" to bind with "iAM Smart".
After completing all the steps, you will be redirected to the dashboard of the "eWFSFAA". If your account is successfully bound with "iAM Smart", the "Continue with iAM Smart" button will no longer display at the top right corner.
If you are using a mobile phone to bind "iAM Smart", please click the menu at the top right corner and the "Continue with iAM Smart" button will no longer display on the menu.
