Advanced E-services and Bind "iAM Smart"
Users only need to complete identity verification to enjoy advanced e-services. Users can verify their identity through the following three methods:
- Bind the "eWFSFAA" accounts with "iAM Smart";
- Input the access code of the relevant schemes or log in to "MyGovHK" before submitting new applications through the "eWFSFAA" (for existing e-service users only); or
- Wait until the applications submitted through the "eWFSFAA" have been approved or the assistance / loan have been disbursed.
Users can bind the "eWFSFAA" accounts with "iAM Smart" through the following two methods:
- On the landing page of "eWFSFAA", click "Continue with iAM Smart". Then, use the "iAM Smart" mobile app on the mobile phone to scan the QR code to log in, and then enter the "eWFSFAA" username and password to bind "iAM Smart". After successful login, the binding of "iAM Smart" has been completed; or
- After logging in to the "eWFSFAA" account, click "Continue with iAM Smart" at the top of the page, and then use the "iAM Smart" mobile app on the mobile phone to scan the QR code to log in. After a successful login, the binding of "iAM Smart" has been completed.
Users can log in through "iAM Smart" or enter their username and password on the landing page of "eWFSFAA" in future.
