Overview

The Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme ("ENLS") provides loans to eligible students to settle tuition fees of specific post-secondary/continuing and professional education courses studied in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China ("HKSAR").

Application Procedures

Applicants can submit online applications anytime and anywhere through the "SFO E-link - My Applications" online platform via "eWFSFAA", save the incomplete application form for filling in afterwards, or download the submitted application form for reference. Applicants can also use "iAM Smart+" to sign the "Declaration Form" and submit it with the required documents online to save time and hassle.
