• ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਏਜੰਸੀਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭੱਤਾ (WFA) ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਮੌਕੇ ਹੋਣ।
  The Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA) is committed to providing all possible assistance to people of diverse race so that they will have equal opportunity to apply for the Working Family Allowance (WFA) and other student financial assistances.

• ਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੀਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 8 ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਇੰਡੋਨੇਸ਼ੀਆ, ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਨੇਪਾਲੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, ਤਾਗਾਲੋਗ, ਥਾਈ, ਉਰਦੂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਯਤਨਾਮੀ) ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕ ਪਰਚੇ /ਪੋਸਟਰ/ “ਬਿਨੈ ਪੱਤਰ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਭਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਬਾਰੇ ਨੋਟਸ” / ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਮੂਨਾ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ ਹਨ।
  Promotional leaflets / posters / “Notes on How to Complete and Return Application Form” / Sample for Completing Application Form in eight languages other than Chinese and English (namely, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, Tagalog, Thai, Urdu and Vietnamese) are available to assist people of diverse race in understanding the details of various financial assistance schemes.

• ਭਿੰਨ ਭਿੰਨ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ WFA ਸਕੀਮ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭੱਤਾ ਦਫਤਰ (WFAO) ਅਤੇ ਹਾਂਗਕਾਂਗ ਹਾਉਸਿੰਗ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਹਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿਛ ਕਾਉਂਟਰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨI
  Enquiry counters are set up at Working Family Allowance Office (WFAO) and Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre to answer enquiries from people of diverse race and offer assistance to them for completion of the Application Form for WFA scheme.

• ਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੀ ਹਾਟਲਾਈਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ WFSFAA ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨਸਲੀ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਿਵਾਸਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ (CHEER) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਠ ਹੋਰ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਫਤ ਟੈਲੀਫ਼ੋਨ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। 2558 3000 (WFA ਸਕੀਮ ਲਈ ਲਾਗੂ) / ਤੇ / 28022345 (ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਪੱਧਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ / 31422277 (CEF ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ) ਜਾਂ CHEER ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ।
  For people of diverse race calling our hotline or visiting WFSFAA, telephone interpretation service in these eight other languages could be arranged free of charge by the Centre for Harmony and Enhancement of Ethnic Minority Residents (CHEER). Check out at 2558 3000 (applicable to WFA scheme) / 2802 2345 (applicable to student financial assistance schemes for pre-primary level and primary to secondary levels / 3142 2277 (applicable to CEF) or with CHEER.

• ਹਾਂਗ ਕਾਂਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹੁੰਚਯੋਗ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ CHEER ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ (HAD) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਪੌਂਸਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। HAD ਦੁਆਰਾ ਫੰਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਤੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੋ
